When an ATM Card is captured, Customer Care at Chase Bank should be contacted immediately, a new card will be ordered and you will get it within four working days.

Call Chase Bank Customer Care at any branch and alert us that card is lost for cancellation and reapplication purposes.

Yes you can use Pesa Point ATM for cash withdrawal at a fee of Ksh 75, in addition to all the ATMs on the Kenswitch Network.

Our cards are debit cards and currently we do not have credit card facilities. However you can buy a Pre Paid Chase Bank Mastercard. All of which can be used locally and online.

Turnaround Time (TAT) for cheque books is 4 working days. TAT for ATM Cards and Pin Mailers is 4 working days.

 The rates vary based on amount and tenor. 

 After a minimum of six months, however this is handled on a case by case basis.

We charge a cash handling fee of 0.5% for amounts above Kes. 500,000.

From your statement, from an ATM, in any Chase Bank branch, on the internet or over the telephone. You may be asked some security questions before details will be released.

Statements will be sent monthly for current accounts and quarterly for savings accounts.

You can withdraw money at any Kenswitch or Chase Bank ATM, and over the counter at any of our Chase Bank branches.

You will be notified of your account number after you have opened your account. It can also be found on your cheque book, account statements and on your ATM card.

An account with easy access to your money and which allows you to pay bills, get cash from any Kenswitch or Chase Bank ATMs and set up overdrafts if necessary.

Generally speaking, a basic bank account is an everyday transaction account with a ledger fee and some fee-free transactions.

  • 8:30 – 5:15, Mondays - Fridays and
  • 9:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays.

Please note before we can change your address we are required to identify you. Alternatively, you can change your address online by filling in the Requisition-Form.

You will need to visit or call a Chase Bank branch to change your account name.
