What is the general information number for the bank? |
| For general enquiries, please call 2774000 from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00am – 12:00 on Saturdays. |

Which branches are open on Sundays? |
Village Market and Eastleigh from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. |

What are the charges for drafts and bankers cheques? |
For customer: Kes300 for bankers cheques and Kes 400 for drafts
For non-customers including trading account holders: Kes 400 for bankers cheques and Kes 500 for drafts.

Which branches are open on Saturdays? |
| City centre from 9:00 am – 11:30 am, Hurlingham from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Parklands from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Riverside Mews Branch from 9:00 am - 11.30 am, Village market from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Eastleigh from 9:00 am – 12:00 am and Mombasa from 9:00 am – 11:30 am . |

My ATM is captured how long will it take to get it back? |
When an ATM Card is captured, Customer Care at chase bank should be contacted immediately upon which it takes a maximum of 2 working days to retrieve.

What should I do if I lose my ATM card? |
Call Chase Bank Customer Care at any branch and alert us that card is lost for cancellation and reapplication purposes.

Can I use Pesa point ATM to withdraw money? |
You cannot use Pesa Point ATM for cash withdrawal; we do hope to avail this facility to our customers in the near future.

Do your cards have debit/credit facilities? |
Our cards are debit cards and currently we do not have credit card facilities.

How long does it take to get your cheque book/ATM/Pin mailer after ordering? |
Turnaround Time (TAT) for cheque books is 4 working days.
TAT for ATM Cards and Pin Mailers is 3 working days.

What are the interest rates on your fixed deposits? |
The rates vary based on amount and tenor.

After how long can I get a loan when I open an account? |
After a minimum of six months, however this is handled on a case by case basis.

Does the Bank charge Deposit handling fee? |
We charge a cash handling fee of 0.2% for amounts above Kes. 500,000.

What are the requirements / charges for opening an account with you? |

Can I carry out my transactions from any branch? |
Yes you can, we have branchless banking.

How do I check my account balance? |
| From your statement, from an ATM, in any Chase Bank branch, on the internet or over the telephone. You may be asked some security questions before details will be released. |

How often will I receive a statement of account? |
| Statements will be sent monthly for current accounts and quarterly for savings accounts. |

How do I withdraw funds from my account? |
| You can withdraw money at any Kenswitch or Chase Bank ATM, across the counter at any branch. |

Where can I find my account number? |
| You will be notified of your account number after you have opened your account. It can also be found on your cheque book and statements. |

What is a current account? |
| An account with easy access to your money and which allows you to pay bills, get cash from any Kenswitch or Chase Bank ATMs and set up overdrafts if necessary. |

What is a basic bank account? |
| Generally speaking, a basic bank account is an everyday transaction account with a ledger fee and some fee-free transactions. |

How do I change my address details? |
| You can change your address by visiting any Chase Bank branch or calling our customer service centre on 277400, between 8:30 – 5:15, Mondays - Fridays and 9:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays. Please note before we can change your address we are required to identify you. Alternatively, you can change your address online by filling in the Requisition-Form. |

How do I change my account name? |
You will need to visit or call a Chase Bank branch to change your account name. |

How do I order a bank account statement? |
| You can order a statement from any Chase Bank branch or over the telephone by calling 277400, between 8:30 – 5:15, Mondays - Fridays and 9:00 – 12:00 on Saturdays. If you are an internet banking customer you can view statements your accounts. Fees and charges may apply. |

Do you have foreign currency accounts? |
Yes. We open USD – United States Dollar, ZAR – South African Rand, GBP – British Pound and EUR – Euro accounts.
